About Us

Phil Anthropy House is dedicated to promoting philanthropy within communities by supporting various non-profit organizations. We also provide vacant houses to be utilized for the purpose of facilitating philanthropic programs—each house serves as a venue to facilitate a non-profit program.

Our mission is to encourage individuals and communities to become involved in philanthropy—while providing recipients, those in need, with resources to overcome their life circumstance.

How is this accomplished? We assist entrepreneurs with creating, establishing, and succeeding with their own non-profit organizations. Non-profit organizations, who need a venue or platform to run their current programs, are also welcome and strongly encouraged to become part of our organization.

Each house is comprised of a team that determines the use of the house, selection of recipients, and underwriting of the program. As the world continues to evolve so do we, thus creating the need for people and communities to join forces for causes greater than themselves.

It is our hope that through collaborative philanthropic efforts, the well-being of everyone involved: donor, entrepreneur, and recipient, will be improving simultaneously. Good relationships are in short supply, and our homes provide an atmosphere where good relationships are constantly being cultivated. People want to feel safe and know that someone will listen and understand, and we take pride in knowing that our homes provide such an atmosphere.

Sober Living
Getting cleaned up is no easy task for a person struggling with addiction.  Its almost impossible to do this alone and only with the support of others does it make it possible to get on track again.  Sometimes, those struggling with addiction forget how to interact with society and no longer feel like human beings.  With the help of those at Dana Point, CA, we can help them feel like whole human being again and get them on the path of success in their life again.

Happy Camp

Saving a town
“Save the Ferry” is a campaign to save a small town from destruction.  With a church, mercantile store and even a jail we can restore and bring this little town back to life.

Just because
Some things are just because its the right thing to do.  There is a 90 year old women that needs day to day help and to keep her active.  She needs help with rent and running errands to the pharmacy, grocery store and salon on occasion.  This is our legacy to help those who have already put in the time laying down the foundation for us.

San Jacinto, CA
